Onsite Behaviourist / Trainer
I wanted to work with dogs all my life, I have read endless dog psychology books and through fate ended up taking my dream course of Dog Psychology and Behavioural Training Diploma Level 4 and practical. I have 2 beautiful boys a Labrador and a Pug.
Assistant Kennel Manager
I spent 3 years at Lackham College doing Animal Care. I have a passion for German Shepherds and Dachshunds. I started at Lucy Pet Carer in 2014 as a pet carer and worked to be an Assistant Kennel Manager and now I'm currently training as the Team Leader.
I started working at Lucy Pet Carer in July 2018 after doing work experience. I'm currently studying A-Level Chemistry, Biology, and Psychology at Cirencester College, with the ambition of going onto study Veterinary Medicine at university in September 2020. I've learnt so much during my time here and love getting to know the individual quirks of all the dogs that spend time with us. As well as working hard, Susie likes to go swimming and teach herself acoustic guitar.
Tracy started at Lucy Pet Carer in September 2014 as the Receptionist. Originally from an administration background, she is now semi-retired and works part-time for us doing all the accounts and bookings relating to Daycare and Boarding. She has always had dogs, from Spaniels to Labradors and is now the proud owner of Paddington, a Golden Retriever and Roo a Cocker Spaniel. Tracy's hobbies include walking daily in Lydiard Park and visiting Cumbria as much as possible throughout the year.
This is Jamie, Jamie started at Lucy Pet Carer in 2019 doing work experience for part of his course at Lackham College. He’s been a very valued member of the team and has recently joined the team officially on a part-time basis whilst he completes his course, studying within the insect sector of the animal care world.

Sam started with Lucy Pet Carer in September 2017 to become a Pet Carer. Sam has recently gained her Human first Aid certificate. She has an Animal Diploma in Animal Care Qualification and a Level 2 in dog grooming. She has a keen interest in Canine Hydrotherapy and as this has always been a dream job of hers, it has finally been able to happen as Sam is currently training to join the team in the new Hydrotherapy Centre which is opening this year.
Sam spends her spare time caring for her two cats. She enjoys a mixture of hobbies that include running, badminton and swimming.
