What's new with Lucy Pet Carer?

At the moment we are undertaking a big new project, putting up a purpose built barn with a new inside exercise area for the dogs to play in.

There will also be a washing area and personal bedrooms, which we are hoping to be ready at the end of spring 2012.

Our astroturf play area is working well, so that all the wet weather dogs can come and play in the paddock yet stay clean at the same time.

At Lucy Pet Carer we use a foster pen specially designed for the cats protection.

For those who are interested in adopting a loving pet, we have a mother and 2 week old kitten. Both are tabby and are friendly and affectionate.

If you like fresh free range chicken or duck eggs, don't hesitate to pop in and buy some at any time.

Meet the staff that are passionate about working with your pets:

• Emma studied animal care at college.  She has been with us almost a year, working full time and being responsible for supervising the dogs on a daily basis. She has just rescued a golden retriever called Hallie.

• Jade also studied animal care at college. She has been here over 2 years working alongside Emma. Apart from helping us, she has 3 loving dogs at her home. There names harley mitzi and cassie

• Elaine has been with us a few months, being in charge of transporting dogs to and from the creche between Wootton Bassett and Lyneham. She has 2 huskeys.

• Cynthia works part time, helping out and covering all areas when needed.  She has a pointer cross named Ciara that keeps her busy in her spare time.
   
• Our most recent member of staff is Josie who mainly helps with the dogs on a Sunday, feeds and keeps them amused all day!
